Earlier this week I went out to the school field and painted a 200m track on the grass, or should I say dandelions... So, this week students in grades 1-4 started Track and Field. We started on Tuesday by discussing some of the different types of track and field events, i.e. running, jumping, and throwing events. We will use the track/field for at least 5 different events. It's been tonnes of fun watching students try their best at different events. I hope this inspires students to try out for the Track and Field team once they start middle school.

If you get a chance, ask your child: What do you remember most about playing floor hockey this week? How did you help keep ...
