This week in PE, we wrapped up our work with jumping rope and introduced a unit on gymnastics. The students have been working hard on their coordination, endurance, and rhythm while jumping rope, and it's been great to see their confidence grow!
Next week, we will dive deeper into our gymnastics unit. Students will be practicing skills that focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and body control. Safety will be our top priority, and we will ensure that all students feel comfortable and supported as they explore these new movements.
Encouraging your child to practice balance and flexibility at home—like simple stretches or balancing on one foot—can help reinforce what we're learning in class. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to another exciting week in PE!
