It's been an exciting week here in our PE class, and I wanted to take a moment to fill you in on all the fun activities your children have been participating in. Gymnastics Mastery First off, we wrapped up our gymnastics unit this Monday with our last day of gymnastics stations. The students have been working hard on their balance, coordination, and strength through various gymnastic exercises and routines. It's been wonderful to see their progress and confidence grow each week. Hoop Rollers Adventure In addition to gymnastics, we introduced a new rolling game called Hoop Rollers. This week in PE, we completed our first full week of gymnastics! Our focus was on balances and simple aerials , including pencil, star, tuck, pike, and straddle jumps. A major emphasis was placed on landing safely to help build confidence and coordination.   Encouraging your child to practice balance and body control at home can reinforce what they’ve learned. Looking forward to another great week ahead! Mr. van Sluys
