This week in PE, we completed our first full week of gymnastics! Our focus was on balances and simple aerials, including pencil, star, tuck, pike, and straddle jumps. A major emphasis was placed on landing safely to help build confidence and coordination.
Encouraging your child to practice balance and body control at home can reinforce what they’ve learned.
