High-Energy Fun!
Hello Parents!
It's been an exciting week here in PE class with lots of high-energy activities that the kids absolutely loved. We focused on keeping the energy up and the fun flowing with a variety of games that got everyone moving and smiling.
Game Highlights:
1. 4 Corner Soccer: This game was a blast! It's a dynamic twist on traditional soccer where each corner of the gym becomes a goal, and teams race to score while defending their own corners.
2. Cops and Robbers: A classic game that never fails to excite. Students strategized and sprinted in this game of tag, working on agility and teamwork.
3. Hoop Flip Relays: These relays tested coordination and speed as teams flipped hoops down the gym and back, cheering each other on with every flip.
4. Wolf Cage: A favourite among the students, where the "runners" must try and slip through the wolf cages, without being caught by the "wolves."
Learning Through Play:
These games aren't just fun—they're also teaching our students important skills like teamwork, sportsmanship, and strategic thinking. It's amazing to see how they grow both physically and socially through these engaging activities.
Looking Ahead:
Next week, we'll continue to focus on active play and skill-building, with new challenges and games to keep everyone on their toes. As always, thank you for your continued support in encouraging your children to participate and enjoy PE class to the fullest.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!
Best regards,
Marc van Sluys
