Lacrosse

This week we continued building our lacrosse skills with a focus on passing and teamwork. Students learned and practiced proper passing technique through two engaging activities: Hoop Flip and Pass for Treasure.

In Hoop Flip, partners worked together to complete a passing challenge. Each successful pass allowed them to flip their hoop farther away, making each round a little trickier and helping students work on accuracy and control.

In Pass for Treasure, students passed to a partner who was standing on “treasure.” If the partner caught the ball, they earned a piece of treasure for their team. This activity encouraged soft hands, and good aim.

Later in the week, students put all their skills to use in 3-on-3 lacrosse games. It was great to see them applying proper grip, scooping, catching, cradling, and passing in a real game setting.

Looking forward to more lacrosse fun next week!
